Blueberry Sauce
Ingredients
2 1/2-3 cups frozen blueberries
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp. minute tapioca
Procedure
Combine all ingredients. Let rest 15 minutes (to soak up the tapioca).
Microwave on high 3-5 minutes, until boiling.
Continue at 30% power 6-8 minutes more (until thick).
Serve hot or cold, depending on what you are topping with it.
