Low Cal "Italian Sausage"
Ingredients
1-1/2 lbs. ground round or sirloin
1/4 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. fennel seeds
1/4 tsp. sweet basil
hot pepper flakes to taste
salt & pepper to taste
Procedure
Scramble in frypan until well browned. Add to light (low cal) spaghetti sauce & serve with pasta, spaghetti squash, pizza or lasagna.
